1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of millponddevelopments.co.uk and the basis on which Millpond Developments provides quotes, services and guarantees. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Website content
All content on this site - copy, imagery, photography and design - is © Millpond Developments unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, republish or redistribute any content without prior written consent.
3. Quotes
Indicative figures shared by phone, email or initial site visit are estimates only. A binding quote is issued in writing following a full on-site assessment and remains valid for 30 days from issue, subject to site conditions remaining as inspected.
4. Work undertaken
All works are governed by a written contract issued at the point of acceptance, which sets out scope, specification, materials, programme, payment terms and any project-specific exclusions. Variations are agreed in writing before being carried out.
5. Guarantees
Workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated in your contract (typically 12–24 months). Manufacturer guarantees on materials are passed through in full. Guarantees do not cover damage caused by misuse, ground movement outside our control, or third-party works.
6. Insurance
We hold public liability insurance. Documentation available on request prior to works commencing.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website is limited to the maximum extent permitted under English law. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
