We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote and carry out any work you instruct. We do not sell, rent or trade your information with third parties.

We process your data under "legitimate interest" (responding to your enquiry) and, where applicable, "contract" (delivering the services you've instructed).
5. How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not convert into work are retained for 12 months. Records relating to completed projects are kept for 7 years to satisfy accounting and warranty obligations.
